For anyone who ever thought Jennifer Lopez's tabloid-tempting relationships were all publicity bumpers, know that tears don't lie.
"I'm going to sing you the last song I wrote about love," J. Lo who recently split from husband Marc Anthony, told the crowd at the Mohegan Sun's 15th anniversary celebration on Saturday night after singing an emotional, acoustic rendition of her 1999 hit "If You Had My Love." She continued, "A lot has changed since then."
According to Perez Hilton, the American Idol judge then got teary-eyed, though carrying on to her next song, "Until It Beats No More," where dancers re-enacted scenes of her life with men from her past including exes Diddy, Chris Judd, and Ben Affleck.
When the bold production came to a close, J explained to the crowd,"I took a trip down memory lane," after sharing a photo of her 3-year-old twins Max and Emme. Then she told fans, "There's love—and then there's love."
Damn, looks like that last album title was more than fitting.
