Jennifer Lopez is on a quest to prove she's still the same chick from the block. J.Lo recently took to Instagram to show off her world-famous derriere in body-hugging jeans and a black New York Yankees fitted cap, while reportedly taking the 6 train in her native Bronx and shooting for her new video "Same Girl."
"On the 6...;) #album10 #SAMEGIRL," the Latina mogul wrote.
But Jenny isn't keeping the visual under wraps for long as the "Live It Up" singer will reportedly debut it on one of her places of employment American Idol. The Bronx bombshell is headed back to the A.I. panel to reprise her role as judge on the long-standing singing competition, according to IBN.
She was recently spotted on her old stomping grounds of Castle Hill, filming the new video, directed by Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold. The song "Same Girl," which will presumably carry her upcoming tenth studio effort, was also co-written by Lopez, Chris Brown and Cory Rooney.
"Yes, when we were in the studio, writing songs and just getting that whole 'Jenny from the Block' flavor back," she told Extra back in April about her studio time with Breezy. "We actually worked on a bunch of ideas... and we talked about doing a duet together for his album."
Before we get that possible Jenny and Breezy collabo, stay tuned for the video that is rumored to premiere during A.I. on Thursday, Jan. 16 on FOX.
