In a recent interview with MTV’s Sway Calloway, Sean Kingston opens up about his travails since his Jet Ski accident. Happy to be out of the hospital and able to continue on with life, Mr. Kingston discussed a new priority on his lease on life, one which includes losing weight and getting fit:
"Right now, I do the bicycle, I do the treadmill, I play basketball. But I got to keep it up and lose more weight," Kingston told Sway. "It's easy to gain weight when you're in the studio. That's how it first started out but I'm cutting all that out. I don't eat after 6 [p.m.], and then I really just do the treadmill, and that's what it is. I feel a lot better."
At the time of his accident in May, Kingston weighed a little over 300 pounds. As of date, he’s lost almost 50 pounds. “I shed like 45 pounds, and I've been working out every day. So I've been really getting my healthiness (together),” he says of his new achievement.
