If a company asked you to dance to Daft Punk for a job would you feel degraded or would you strap on your dancing shoes?
One hopeful job seeker had to decide The applicant tells the BBC that he was forced by store staff at a Currys' Cardiff chain to dance in order to defeat other interviewees for the job.
"I think everyone initially thought it was a joke," Alan Bacon, 21, says, "but they were serious." "I just felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable," Bacon continued. "I ended up dancing to ‘Around the World’ by Daft Punk, doing rubbish robotics in my suit in front of a group of strangers. I told my dad it was like a scene out of The Office. I would have walked out but I need a job."
In the end, Bacon did not secure the job. Perhaps he should stop job interviews until brushing up on his robot moves in dance class.
