Joell Ortiz steps up to the plate and takes the first swing at Kendrick Lamar for his controversial bars on Big Sean’s “Control.”

“Lil homie, you ain’t the king of New York/ you the next thing on my fork,” the Slaughterhouse member spits at the Cali rapper. He then delves into his ties with the West Coast but ultimately waves the flag for the right side.

The Brooklyn rapper even throws some curve balls at the rich, gangster and fashion rappers, but keeps the focus on his word play: “You set the bar high, I set the bar higher/ you gon’ learn no inferno scorch a bonfire.”
