When you're Jonah Hill, money is not a priority when it comes to working for Martin Scorsese.
Yahoo! Movies reports that the Superbad star received $60,000 for his role in the Oscar-nominated flick Wolf of Wall Street. Hill said he was so eager to work with esteemed filmmaker Scorsese that he willingly took the pay cut.
"They gave me the lowest amount of money possible, that was their offer." Hill said on The Howard Stern Show.
Meanwhile, Hill's co-star Leonardo DiCaprio raked in $10 million, which was half of what he grossed from his other Oscar nominated film The Great Gatsby.
Still, Hill (whose net worth is $30 million) told Stern he had no regrets.
"I would sell my house and give him all my money to work for [Scorsese]," he said. "I would have done anything in the world. I would do it again in a second."
