The Biebs is beng investigated for a "Nerf gun assault" that happened at a November concert stop in Ottawa, Canada. That's right, a Nerf gun.

A female security guard was hit by a child-safe dart from a Nerf gun while the "Beauty and a Beat" singer was horsing around the venue with his 3-year-old brother and 4-year-old sister, reportedly. The female employee was so pissed after getting hit by the Nerf accessory that she filed a police report, according to TMZ. The Canadian police, aka Mounties, have taken the issue seriously and interviewed witnesses.

Bieber has been unlucky recently when it comes to news headlines. He's broken up with longtime love Selena Gomez, caught some heat for the recent paparazzo death, and got caught smoking a doobie. That said, this accusation is almost as bananas as the girl who claimed to be pregnant with his baby.
