Photos of Justin Bieber smoking a blunt have surfaced online.

The photos, obtained by TMZ, show Bieber holding what appears to be a blunt and partying like it's 3012 tonight with some pals. None of the photos show Bieber inhaling the blunt, nor confirm that the substance in the blunt is marijuana, but, still ...

The images surface just days after a paparazzo was killed in pursuit of Bieber's white Ferrari. The photographer, 29-year-old Chris Guerra, was supposedly chasing Bieber in hopes of obtaining photos of the pop star smoking weed when he was run over by oncoming traffic. Bieber, who recently broke up with gal pal Selena Gomez, wasn't even in the vehicle Guerra was pursuing at the time, but the "Beauty and a Beat" crooner released a statement afterwards calling for "meaningful legislation" that would "protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."
