Justin Bieber Gets New Owl Tattoo

Justin Bieber apparently gives a hoot about what he inks on his body.

The 18-year-old pop star took to Instagram to debut his new owl tattoo, with the caption "Before the paps get me."

It marks the third tatt for the Canuck, who already has a crown and the word 'Believe'—the name of his third studio album—stitched into his chest and forearm.
