Justin Bieber Shows Off New Tattoo On Instagram

It seems that Justin Bieber has stricken with "ink fever," as he reveals a fresh tattoo via his Instagram (@justinbieber).

The new tat (seen above) is a set of praying hands hovering over a bed of roses. This is definitely his most detailed tattoo, adding to his already existing owl, crown and "Believe" tattoos.
