Justin Bieber and the paparazzi have always had a bad romance. After spazzing out on photogs in the U.K. and the death of a pap while trying to snap the Biebs in January, one camera guy is now suing him for allegedly attacking him.
According to TMZ, photog Jeffrey Binion filed a police report June 5, saying that the 19-year-old directed his bodyguard Hugo Hesney to attack him and steal his memory card after he tried to take Bieb's picture outside of Miami's Hit Factory recording studio.
Now the paparazzo is slapping the "Right Here" singer and his henchman with a lawsuit, claiming that "he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses."
His lawyer, Russell S. Adler -- who has handled cases against Rosie O’Donnell, Paulina Rubio and Jason Kidd -- says JB is old enough to take responsibility for his actions.
"Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one," he told the gossip outlet. "No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber’s shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law."
A rep for Bieber has yet to comment.
