Justin Bieber Ordered To Pay $80K, Serve Two Years’ Probation For Egging Incident

Back in January, the Biebs allegedly egged his neigbor’s home in Calabasas, Calif. Now, the 20-year-old singer has been formally charged with one count of misdemeanor vandalism, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office confirms to ABC News. JB will reportedly skip out on his 1:30pm arraignment today (July 9) to review the charges in person.

The good news is that the singer could have been charged with a felony if the damages had exceeded a certain amount. So far, the estimated damages reportedly amount to approximately $20,000.

UPDATE (As of July 10 at 9:40am ET): According to PageSix, Justin Bieber has been order to pay $80,900 in damages and will serve two years on probation after pleading no contest Wednesday (July 9). He is also required to complete five days of community labor and take a 12-week anger-management program. The Biebs must also stay away from the victim and his family for two years.
