The meltdowns just keep coming for Justin Bieber.
The Biebs' wax figure at Madame Tussauds museum at Times Square, New York City has been removed from display after suffering from excessive groping from excited Beliebers, Page Six reports.
Since its arrival, fans of the Candian bad boy, who recently changed his name to “Bizzle” on Instagram, have fondled and grabbed at the figure. “With no ropes or barriers to stop them, thousands of fans have had their photographs taken with him since then — but it has taken its toll,” one source said.
Even though museum employees continuously tried to maintain the popular figure, the damage was so real, “it no longer does justice either to the star or to the attraction."
The general manager of Madame Tussauds, Bret Pidgeon added, “This is disappointing, but hopefully we can welcome a new ‘grown-up’ Justin back to the attraction in the near future.”
