Justin Bieber caught another break after his DUI case in Florida was pushed back once again.
The delay comes after prosecutors and the Bieber's attorney told a judge Wednesday (July 16) that they needed three more weeks to conjure up a plea deal. The Biebs was not present.
In January, the 20-year-old pop star was cuffed in Miami Beach for illegally drag racing under the influence. Alcohol breath tests showed that Bieber's BAC was below the 0.02 limit for underage drivers while marijuana and an anti-anxiety drug were present in his system, according to urine tests. The singer was also charged with driving on an expired license.
His next hearing has now been set for Aug. 5.
