Kanye West Reportedly 'In Talks' With American Idol?

American Idol continues to play musical chairs, tapping some of the biggest names in every genre of music to fill the judges' panel.

The latest artist said to be under consideration is Kanye West.

According to TMZ, sources close to the production said that execs reached out to the G.O.O.D. Music rapper and that he expressed interest.

Should Yeezy accept, he is expected to earn the same salary as Mariah Carey -- $18 million.

It's still unclear who is in the lead as Diddy, Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and Enrique Iglesias are all in the running.

The search is still on.
