Yeezy season is well underway. That much is obvious.
Last Wednesday (May 15), Kanye West put his Yeezus rollout into overdrive with a surprise performance at Cartoon Network's Adult Swim Upfront concert. During his set, Kanye debuted new songs and gave us another rant to blog about for the week.
Then, came his epic "New Slaves" video premiere which was projected on 66 buildings across the world on Friday night (May. 18). He followed it all up with a big performance on SNL, where he debuted another new track, "Black Skinhead." Racially and politically charged, the song is like an extension of "New Slaves." Both tracks tell us that Yeezy is really trying shake things up this time around.
Kanye is ready for everyone's judgement and Yeezus is officially available for pre-order on iTunes. June 18. 2013, mark your calenders
