Katt Williams is in trouble again. The mercurial comedian was arrested by police in Oakland for his alleged part in a fight at a club.

According to police reports, Williams was charged with battery following an incident at Kimball’s Carnival in East Oakland at approximately 3 AM. He was then taken to an Oakland police station to face questioning and was held throughout the night. No further information was given as to the permed-out funnyman’s specific battery charges.

Williams, one of the highest grossing stand-up comedians of all time, was arrested in October after pulling out a gun on Friday actor Faizon Love. Initially, Williams eluded charges after police searched the Supper Club where they found no weapon. Yet after searching Williams’ vehicle a weapon was indeed discovered leading to further questioning.

The outspoken talent was also wanted on an Atlanta arrest warrant for battery at the 4 Seasons Hotel in 2010.
