Katt Williams’ long list of offenses just keeps growing.

After being arrested Sunday night for reportedly threatening a Seattle bar owner with a cue stick, getting into a brawl with fans at a show, a dispute with his former assistant and slapping a Target employee, the comedian is now dodging the system. He was due in court for the charges pressed from the bar incident but did not present himself.

His attorney, Thomas McAllister, told the judge his client was under the impression he didn’t have to show up. The judge shrugged the explanation off and rescheduled the arraignment to next week.

As the madness continues to unfold while the funny man’s on tour, he says he will not be chucking the deuces to the laugh game despite retirement rumors, TMZ reports.

“Katt is definitely NOT retiring. He will be moving forward with the tour,” says his management team. “The reason why he made remarks was due to him feeling totally disrespected by all the things that happen to him in the city of Seattle. He had a moment where he felt very unappreciated. He now just wants to move forward from those unfortunate events and give his fans outstanding shows from this point forward.”
