Katy Perry Tweets About Russell Brand Getting Deported From Japan

California girl Katy Perry saw her Japanese vacation cut short this past weekend. The popstar used her Twitter account to inform followers that her husband had just been officially kicked out of the Asian country.

Apparently, her husband, actor and comedian Russell Brand's bad boy past was a factor in this case. Sayonara fam!

Katy's Tweets:

"I'M SO EXCITED! I'M IN MY FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD! #JAPAN!!! #CALIFORNIADREAMSTOUR!!!" she wrote just before midnight on the East Coast (or, around midday Sunday in Japan. Then, a series of messages about the ejection:

"So...my husband just got deported from Japan. I am so. sad. I brought him all this way to show him my favorite place #tokyodreamscrushed"
