Kendrick Lamar Talks About Next Black Hippy Album & First Rap He Wrote

Those who are looking for a new studio album from the Black Hippy crew will have to wait longer. Kendrick Lamar tells VIBE an album from him and his homeys Ab-Soul, Jay Rock and Schoolboy Q won't be coming out anytime soon as each rapper will be focusing on their solo work. Next up to bat: ScHoolboy Q. Although Q released his Habits & Contradictions LP at the top of 2012, Lamar says Q's major label debut for Interscope is the next project the TDE crew will be focusing on, before they all head back into the studio together.
