Keri Hilson And Akon Join H&M's 'Fashion Against AIDS' Campaign [Video]

Using their celebrity status for a good cause, musicians Keri Hilson and Akon have teamed up with fashion retailer H&M and have joined their Fashion Against AIDS campaign.
