Kevin Hart Pleads No Contest To DUI Charges
Unlike his latest comedy flick, comedian Kevin Hart chose not to explain in court yesterday (August 5) after he plead no contest to one count of DUI and was sentenced to three years probation.
According to TMZ, the 33-year-old funny man was hit with two counts of DUI after being pulled over for speeding this past April. Around 4:30am, Hart was driving at speeds up to 90 mph on the Ventura Freeway. Officials say he nearly crashed into a gas tanker truck before he was stopped by police, failed sobriety tests and was jailed before being released hours later.
