Kid Cudi Loses Custody Battle

Kid Cudi has been fighting for custody of his daughter for more than a year, but his case came to a close this week - and the results aren't good for him. A judge ruled that his daughter's mother will receive full custody, and that Cudi will have visitation rights only.

The case got bitter, as his daughter's mother claimed Cudi was unfit for custody, citing his drug and alcohol habits and claiming his support was "sporadic and inconsistent." Meanwhile, Cudi purchased a home in Chicago in order to be closer to his daughter, and provided financial support.

Court docs claimed Cudi has a violent history and a drug-filled past - Cudi was arrested in 2010 for possession of marijuana after an incident in a Manhattan apartment.
