Kim Kardashian is, like it or not, as close to American royalty as we've got. So it's only natural for her to seek friendship with those she considers are of similar stature and social standing. This has apparently led to her to Kate Middleton, husband of Prince William and future queen of England.

And, believe it or not, Kate is not super thrilled about it. Forget for a second that this is most likely just stupid tabloid conjecture, and think about it - it would sort of make sense.
