Kourtney Kardashian Gives Birth To Daughter Penelope

For the season finale of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians,' reality star Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her daughter Penelope Scotland Disick and literally pulled her out of her womb with her own hands.

According to the NY Daily News, this isn't the first time Kourt has pried her own babe out. She performed the same hands-on procedure with her first child, son Mason, now 2 years-old.

"Kourtney just loves to pull out her own children," sister Khloe joked.

The Kardashian clan including Kris Jenner, brother Rob, half sibs Kendall and Kylie and longtime beau Scott Disick.packed the delivery room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
