Kris Humphries Wants an Annulment

NBA player Kris Humphries is counterstriking back and seeking legal separation instead of a divorce from Kim Kardashian. Kim filed for divorce on October 31st, but Kris has other plans to void it all together.

A representative told US Weekly that Kris expressed he wanted the separation in hopes that it will lead to an annulment of their 72-day marriage. If all goes well, the two will get to avoid several court dates, papers and the divorce altogether.

After questions rose about his financial situation, Kris is back in good prospects after signing an endorsement deal with Sector watches worth $150,000 and the announcement that the NBA is now back in effect.

Maybe he's not lucky in love, but at least he's lucky in the bank again.
