After her racy performance of "Applause" at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, Lady Gaga switches up her role (again) by starring in the Sin City sequel, "A Dame to Kill For" alongside actor Joseph Gordon Levitt.
"You know she came in and I was like 'OK sure, they're having a huge pop star do a scene in the movie, I understand," JGL revealed to Boston's Jam 94.5 FM, nothing that Gaga was a natural in front of the camera. "But then she came in and like, nailed it! She had her character down, and she was like a total pro, and did a great job, I was really impressed. So it was good to see her again [at the VMAs]."
Gaga and Gordon-Levitt also join Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson and Mickey Rourke who will return as their previous characters in the second installment. The Robert Rodriguez-directed flick hits theaters August 22, 2014.
Before then, the Mother Monster will also appear in another Rodriguez film Machete Kills, out September 13 then drop her new album ARTPOP November 11.--Andrew Asare
