Lamar Odom is reportedly in final negotiations with the Los Angeles Clippers about his return to the NBA. Odom, 34, had a rough summer. First came allegations that he cheated on his wife of four years, Khloe Kardashian. Then came reports that he was abusing drugs and his DUI charge. Yep, Odom's summer sucked.
But it seems that the 14-year veteran baller is making his way back to the hard court. According to insiders, Odom reportedly met with the Clippers' new head coach Doc Rivers and the team's management group on Friday to discuss playing in the 2013-14 season. The meeting lasted about two hours at the team's facilities in Playa Vista.
Odom played for the Clippers last year and it was his worst season to date. He only averaged four points and 5.9 rebounds per game. His return to the game would mark an interesting comeback, to say the least. The Clippers have one remaining spot open on their roster.
