Keeping up with Lamar Odom just took a turn for the better. After experiencing an alleged cocaine addiction and marital strife with reality starlet Khloe Kardashian, the NBA free agent is setting his sights overseas in the Spanish basketball league.
Sports Illustrated reports that Odom, 34, has signed a two-month agreement the Spanish club Baskonia that marks a comeback attempt for the baller, who last hit the hardwood as part of the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2012-13 season.
'We're very happy to have signed a very important player who has had a long and fruitful career in the NBA,'' Baskonia president Josean Querejeta said in a statement.
The two-time NBA champ was expected in the Basque capital of Vitoria this week, and could make his court debut on Saturday (Feb. 22) against Valladolid.
