Lamar Odom Throws Up the Deuces to Dallas Mavericks

After a long rocky road, Lamar Odom has decided to give the Dallas Mavericks the deuces.

According to ESPN, an agreement was made allowing the two sides to part immediately. The basketball star has had a difficult time adjusting ever since his trade off from the LA Lakers.

Odom released a statment explaining that he will "step away from the team."

"I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs' organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship," he concluded. 

This season has been filled with record career lows for Odom performance wise so maybe this is the best decision. He will be listed as "inactive" for the remainder of the season which could essentially be a plus for him because he could be traded after the season.

With Khloe Kardashian by his side, we hope he finds his way soon.
