Beyoncé is not only receiving Billboard's first ever Millenium Award, but she's gracing the mag's cover in beautiful, bushy curls and a fuschia and pink jumpsuit. This veteran Vixen reveals that her album will be titled "4" and details how she can't be defined--at all. It's pretty safe to say that we agree. With her "Who Run The World (Girls)" track still gaining a buzz, Bey is a risk-taker and isn't afraid to experiment with several sounds.

The anticipation is still building, but Beyoncé's reign just locked in.
