After turning himself in on Tuesday (Apr. 23) for an alleged probation violation, the “Prince of the South" was released after a warrant for his arrest was recalled by a judge.
Following a mandatory urine test in March, police reportedly suspected the sample was “suspiciously cold, and may have been tampered with.” However, when Scrappy was asked to submit a new sample, he rejected the request.
TMZ reports that the “No Problem” rapper feels the warrant was invalid because “he never submitted bad pee in the first place.”
A hearing for the case will take place May 16 sans the reality cameras.
