Drizzy and Weezy are being sued but they aren’t planning to pay up!

Imperial Entertainment Group filed a suit alleging that the two rappers failed to appear after agreeing to perform at a 2011 event.

The two Young Money rappers, however, are countering with documents claiming they had no knowledge of the event, never signed paperwork and did not receive any orders to appear in court.

In addition, Drake and Lil Wayne are contending that the third party used to book them, Melanzh Enterprise, did not have the authority to do so.

While a judge ordered the hip hop stars to pay $432,337.50 to Imperial Entertainment Group, they are now hoping to overturn this ruling.
