Lindsay Lohan Arrested After Allegedly Punching Woman At Nightclub

Just when things seemed to be looking up for Lindsay Lohan with her starring role in the Elizabeth Taylor biopic "Liz & Dick," Lilo lands in some trouble...again.

New York police officials say the 26-year-old starlet was arrested early Thursday morning (Nov. 29) at 3 a.m. after allegedly giving a woman the quick fade at NYC nightclub Club Avenue. A source tells E! News that the woman is a tourist visiting from West Palm Beach, Fla., and was at the club with her husband.

Lohan was released from custody shortly before 8 a.m. Authorities say they expect Lohan to be issued a desk-appearance ticket. It isn't the only legal mess the actress faces. Not only was she cuffed in September for allegedly hitting a man with her car at another downtown Manhattan club and allegedly assaulted at a New York City hotel several weeks later, she is also still on probation for her necklace-swiping fiasco.
