Lindsay Lohan Claims Battery Accusations Are "One Big Lie?"

Lindsay Lohan Claims Battery Accusations Are "One Big Lie?"

Posted April 10, 2012

Trouble just doesn't seem to leave Lindsay Lohan's side.

The 25-year-old has been accused of pushing a woman at The Standard Hotel nightclub in Los Angeles on April 5. The woman filed a report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's station over the weekend. Lohan claims she was no where near the nightclub that evening and was at home watching television.

The "Mean Girls" star's spokesperson, Steven Honig, stated, "Lindsay was never at the club and the whole thing is one big lie. Whomever started this will be held accountable for their malicious and unfounded accusations."

TMZ reports workers from the hotel did see Lohand that night. Whatever the case may be, authorities are looking into the investigation. Honig believes nothing will come of the accusations.

It's so sad that people want to see Lindsay lose.
