Lindsay Lohan Cops Deal After Traffic Crash?

Lindsay Lohan is in a constant state of criminal mischief, but the "actress" may have found a new way to weasel out of jailtime.

Lohan's attorney is asking prosecutors to let the actress work as a motivational speaker, as opposed to seeing the inside of a cell, in order to wrap up her latest criminal charges stemming from a car crash.

Lohan would make "periodic visits to schools, hospitals, and other venues where she may provide inspirational talks, encouraging children to pursue positive goals and avoid bad habits," if her lawyers get their way. This after Lohan lied to cops after a reckless driving charge and allegedly interfered with their duties. Those charges may also be in violation of her previous parole, after Lohan stole a necklace from a jewelry store.

Who knows if Lohan and the cops will ever get along, but if Linsday doesn't get her way, she could face up to 245 days in jail.
