Lindsay Lohan's Parents Make Her Situation Worse, She Could Go Back To Jail

Lindsay Lohan is in danger of returning to the bing should she be found guilty of refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test during the infamous altercation at the Betty Ford Clinic, according to Perez Hilton. When news of the incident first leaked it was Lindsay’s word against the staffer she brawled with. But her dad, Michael Lohan made a statement that could complicate the situation and get his daughter locked up again.

According to Lindsay, the scuffle began when the staffer refused to give her the breathalyzer test, while the staffer maintains that Lindsay was on the phone with her mother, Dina Lohan, who told her not to submit to the test. Here’s where Daddy Lohan comes in.

He told sources that Dina Lohan "made the mistake of being overheard telling Lindsay — and the other girls — not to take a drug test.” He added: “It’s enabling even in rehab. How sad. Are you kidding me? If this was all handled the right way, with honesty, none of this would have happened.”
