Despite planning to retire from the music world due to negative attention, situations are looking up for Chris Brown as his hit-and-run case was dismissed today (August 15).
The victim, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, settled for a civil compromise, saying the damages were miniscule.
TMZ spoke with Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, who said, “The case never should have been filed in the first place. It’s unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he’s done.”
