Remember that little fire that started between Christina Milian and The-Dream over Justin Bieber's "Baby" track? Well, things are getting a bit more heated now that Milian is enforcing her ex-hubby to pay up through the Georgia court system.

RadarOnline claims that C-Mil's attorney simply is stating, "a deal is a deal." Really Christina can kick and scream over this minor detail, but her settlement, overall, was a pretty sweet deal. The singer recieves $13,500K/month in support plus a Mercedes G55.
