Making Waves: Max B Expected To Be Released By Summer?

Max B seems to have extreme high hopes in his current 75 year bid for a 2006 arrest on robbery and murder. The rapper spoke to Movie Star Status over the phone, where he confirmed that his appeal process is done and that it'll take 8 to 10 months to hear back from the appellant court. However, he claims he should hear back from them sooner than that, and hints at a release date either this summer or by the end of the year. An appeal after being sentence to 75 years though?
