Meek Mill just received some bad news today (July 11).
The "Burn" rapper was sentenced to county jail time, FOX 29 reports, and the reason stems from a local District Attorney stating that they're concerned with the 27-year-old's behavior while he's on probation.

With different reports stating how much time the MMG member will serve, it's still unclear when the emcee will begin his sentence.
NBC 10 reports that the reason behind Meek Mill's sentence in jail stems from missed probation meetings, and his attitude towards the probation officer during meetings.
"The defendant's clear attitude with probation while reporting on May 15, his Twitter accounts being derogatory to the probation department and this DA and others in this court system, the judge found that all these are in tactical violation of probation."
