The Los Angeles Police Department has wrapped up its investigation into the death of Michael Jackson, with charges for Dr. Conrad Murray and potentially others coming in the next few weeks.
While it has not been confirmed when charges will be filed, sources speaking with TMZ say the case will go to the District Attorney as soon as scheduling allows.
As previously reported, Jackson died in June. Since his death an extensive and reportedly 'exhausting' investigation has taken place. Completed last month, sources say enough evidence has been mounted against Dr. Conrad Murray, the last physician to see Jackson alive.
Late last year, sources claimed a murder charge was highly unlikely but believed an involuntary manslaughter charge could be filed.
