For all we care, Mike Myers can just scrap "Austin Powers" and put a rush in for "Wayne's World 3"... but we have more for you after the jump.
Myers has been working hard to bring Dr. Evil, Wayne and Garth back to the big screen for years. Now, word has come on down from high (see: Entertainment Weekly) that the former "Saturday Night Live" comedian has finally finished the script for one of those projects: "Wayne's World 3"
Hoping to getting it into production soon, the story is said to focus on Wayne (Myers) and Garth (played by Dana Carvey) coping with the new era of music. With the digital age 3.0 in motion, the dynamic duo of dopeness now must transition from access cable to streaming Internet (see: YouTube) and Wayne balancing his marriage to Cassandra (Tia Carrere).
It's not clear when we'll see either "Wayne's World 3" or "Austin Powers 4," but according to co-star Dana Carvey everyone is on board to reprise their roles in the new movie.
