It looks like come congratulations are in order for ATL collective Two-9. The multitalented posse—which is comprised of Curtis Williams, Retro Sushi (Jace & Ceej), and FatKidsBrotha (Lightskin Mac 11 & Dav.E)—just got signed by producer wunderkind Mike Will Made It. He brought the troupe onboard his Eardruma imprint on Interscope.
"There hasn't been a collective of creative coming out of Atlanta like Two-9 since Outkast," Mike WiLL said about the newest addition to his roster. "They have great energy, make dope music, and they're always trying to push things forward, not box themselves in. I respect their art, their grind, and their whole movement, and I'm excited to help them take their brand to the next level."
Two-9 is not all that new to the scene. So far, they've toured with Queens, NY crew Worlds Fair and collaborated with Chance the Rapper, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa. They're working on their next album, which will be executively produced by Mike Will.
Congrats to the new signees!
