Hot 97’s own beloved DJ Mister Cee recently opened up to GQ Magazine about the sex scandal that occurred last year, which resulted in the famed radio host retiring from air, only to return shortly after.

Within the magazine’s “Love, Sex & Madness” issue, Cee comes clean on how his sexual addiction began and why he kept it secretive.

“The best way I can explain it is that I was so knee-deep into doing it that it became a part of me,” Cee revealed to GQ. “It’s also the rush of: Get horny, A and B—you know, one plus one equals two. You get horny, go out, go get your shit o≠. It became a part of my routine. Even though I was fearful, there was a part of me that felt invincible, too.”

Cee also stands firm in his belief that his close friend, late rapper Notorious B.I.G. would have had his back. “Oh, I know that. I know Big stands next to me. I have no question in my mind,” he says. “You know who’s phony, you know who’s hypocritical, you know who’s real.”
