Calvin Leburn, otherwise known as DJ Mister Cee was sentenced to three months of counseling by the Manhattan District Court. The popular New York City disc jockey pled guilty to loitering for the purpose for engaging in prostitution (240.37) after being arrested on March 30th  in Lower Manhattan.

Mister Cee was initially charged with public lewdness after Officer Lindsey Agard found the self-proclaimed Finisher and 20-year-old Lawrence Campbell in a parked car performing fellatio.

The legendary DJ decided to plead guilty to the loitering charge yesterday and must undergo a 12 session counseling program and is only required to return to court to confirm that he is complying with his sentence.

The Hot 97 DJ has been a recent object of ridicule in the Hip Hop community, mostly in the hands of Hot 97’s rival, Power 105’s Charlamange Tha God, who has made jokes and derogotory remarks on air. However, Hot 97 associate Funkmaster Flex, as well as artist 50 Cent has come to his defense, shedding light on his importance in hip-hop history.

“It’s only entertaining because he means that much to hip-hop culture and his association to it. I recognize Mister Cee as the guy who offered us Biggie, so he means that much to the culture. And a lot of the kids that hear the radio don’t see him the same way.” 50 said in a recent interview with Miss Info.
