Nancy Grace Says Lindsay Lohan Gets Special Treatment Because She's White

Nancy Grace of Swift Justice recently did an interview with PopEater and the topic of Lindsay Lohan’s sticky fingers  came up. Lohan was caught on tape shop-lifting a $2500 necklace. Since the arrest, she has posted bail until her next scheduled court date and was released with a warning from the judge and Nancy Grace's two cents were that if LiLo was a minority she would have been dragged back into the store and persecuted.
