Nas To Launch New Lifestyle Site 12Society

Ever wanted a piece of Nas' closet? Well, here's your chance.

In an interview with MTV News, the Don launched his new lifestyle website 12Society.com. Collaborating with NBA stars Blake Griffin and Kevin Love, and entertainment entrepreneur Nick Cannon, the "Illmatic" rapper will be using his site to let fans in on his favorite kicks and gear. For $39 a month, users can receive a monthly shipment of select apparel, gadgets and other goodies that the stars rock themselves. Each shipment is guaranteed to be worth a minimum of $125.

"To me the 12 Society thing is just people like myself and other people that are involved connecting with the people, giving them some insight on our lifestyle and making the people a part of it," Nas said.

The Queens-bred MC always raps about his favorite designers, everything from Nike to Roberto Cavalli, and wants to offer the same luxuries at an affordable price.

"This is not about being a baller or nothing. What you're receiving is worth way more than what you're paying for," Nas said. "This is for everybody; this is not for rich people. This is for everybody. It's a cool thing."
