Nate Dogg Facing Posthumous Child Support Lawsuit
Two of the late singer Nate Dogg’s baby mothers are locked in a legal battle over—you guess it—child support.
According to TMZ, Rhoda Mouton has filed documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court against Omena Norris, who had her child with Nate Dogg in 2006.
Mouton is asking a judge to deny Norris’ request for more child support. Mouton claims Norris lied in her filing when stated her son received no Social Security payments from Nate’s estate, arguing that Norris and her son receive $694 every month.
Mouton believes Norris has no valid reason on why her support should be increased by $222 per month (from $1,624 to $1,846, monthly) , alleging that the support should actually be sliced down to $802 per month.
A judge has yet to rule.
