New Music: Alexander Spit "A Breathtaking Trip To That Otherside" LP

Los Angeles native Alexander Spit is trippin' off a loaded track list for his fresh new LP A Breathtaking Trip to That Otherside, on Decon Records. Alchemist, Action Bronson, E-40,MR MFN eXquire and Bago come along for the ride on the project, almost entirely produced by Spit. Special guest beatmakers include Caleb Stone, Bobby Evans and In Transit.

When it comes to his work, this one-man-band--who release a 5-track EP titled The Otherside--makes music that strays from the mainstream and is more tailored to his lifestyle.

"Sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll - that mind-set is always going to be prevalent in music. And by no means do I consider myself revolutionary with the way I approach it," he said in a recent interview with SF Gate. "But when I write about that stuff in my music, I try to do it as much as possible from an introspective mind-set, rather than just bragging and flaunting my use of it."
